Registration Process

Review & Shortlisting
ASPL will verify documents and assess eligibility based on infrastructure, background, and financial standing.

Interview or Verification Visit
An ASPL representative may conduct an interview or site visit to check the setup, business readiness, and overall compliance.

Agreement Signing
Upon approval, both parties will sign a Distributor Agreement outlining responsibilities, terms, and business guidelines.

Dealer Code & Activation
A unique dealer code will be assigned and the dealer will be activated in ASPL's distribution system. Initial stock order may be placed.
Dealer Registration Requirements
To be eligible for registration as a dealer/distributor, applicants must meet the following criteria
Personal & Legal Information
- Full legal name and address of the applicant or business entity
- National ID or Passport.
- Trade License (valid and up-to-date).
- TIN Certificate (Tax Identification Number).
- BIN and VAT Registration (if applicable).
- Bank solvency documents.
- Business address proof (utility bill/rent agreement).
- At least one passport-sized photograph.
Business Infrastructure
- Must have a physical store or distribution setup
- Adequate storage/warehouse for agricultural inputs (preferable)
- Ability to distribute within the specified geographic region
- Sales staff or management team to oversee operations
Experience & Reputation
- Preference given to applicants with prior experience in agricultural input distribution
- Should not have any history of criminal offense or breach of contract
